We are an educational and social club with the goal of creating a friendly environment for people that share the same passion. While the majority of our members are astronomy majors and UF students, the Astronomy and Astrophysics Society (AAS) is open to everyone that shares interest for Space and the Universe.
AAS has organized:
- trips to Rosemary Hill Observatory
- a trip to Kennedy Space Center
- a trip to see a rocket launch
- movie/game nights
- guest speakers
We also do informative events about internships and research opportunities for undergraduates.
