To schedule an event, please send a written request to ufastro.outreach@astro.ufl.edu including your name, your contact information, the name of your organization, the size of the audience that you anticipate, the anticipated age range of the audience, the desired venue, and any other information that you may believe may be valuable in selecting outreach content. Owing to a very high level of demand for astronomy-based outreach events, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to satisfy all requests, but we will make every effort to put on as many outreach events each year as possible.
